A good lesson to learn is "be in control of yourself!" This little missy is playing games and deciding when and if she'll let you know one way or the other if she loves you. There is no real big secret to this type of behavior. It's simply boils down to the fact you hang around and do her bidding and she doesn't respect you and will probably end up with someone else, or, you can say, "Well, when you decide to let me know give me a call, because I'm free and I'm dating other girls!" End of story! Women (men too) often want what they can't have. Don't sit around for any girl waiting for her make up her mind and YOU BE IN CONTROL OF YOU! Start dating other girls!
