What do you do when you best friend likes you and you like her but you don't want to go into a relationship but you want to tell her?

Tell her. You don't have to have a major relastionship if you don't want, but if you tell her at least she knows you're the type of guy that actually cares about her feelings. If you guys do like being 'together' then ask her out or something, hold her hand. You can still be friends if it doesn't work out.
