There are a number of options available:
* Start seeking thrills. Do things you've never done before. This should build some manner of confidence. * Take some basic theatre courses. This should help to teach you how to have total control over both what you say and how you act.
* Ignore the girl in question. * Go with the flow. Some girls like goofballs.
* Be someone else- someone even better than you. * Start treating things like a joke- or a game. You should be less nervous, then. Know that she's not that important in your life, but just another girl.
