Just take it easy. You might be coming down with an illness, or you may be suffering from dehydration. Drink lots of water, Gatorade, etc. Take some Tylenol if you have a bad headache. Get plenty of rest, and see a doctor if your symptoms worsen or do not improve.
Benadryl causes a hangover from dehydration, just like alcohol. Drink plenty of water before bed and the hangover effect will be drastically reduced

Nothing can cure a hangover, exept time. But things can make it better. A hangover is where the alcohol in your body makes your body dehydrated (so you feel awful). So my recommendation is before you go to bed drink as much water as you possibly can. But in the morning avoid fatty foods, drink loads of water or smoothie or sports drinks because the latter two replenish the vitamins.
The best cure for a hangover is to go swimming the next morning. (A shower or a bath wont do it, you need to immerse yourself in a deep pool) This is because the worst symptoms of a hangover - nausea and headache - are due to shrinkage of the brain due to dehydration. Total immersion in a swimming pool compresses and shuts down the capillaries of the skin increasing perfusion of your brain and kidneys. Try it.
Next time drink in moderation and you won't get a hangover.
