You need to be the mature one in this "relationship". Sit down, and talk with her and explain that the feelings you guys have for each other are special. Try and find out exactly why she doesn't want to get back together. Once you know that reason, you'll be able to assess if it's something that is fixable. Just remember, if something is meant to be, it's meant to be. Don't try and force something that isn't there.
