start as being friends. be nice to him, help him in classes and whenyou think you are fairly close, but not too close (as you could lose him altogether, ) ask him out in a tactful way, eg: do you want to meet up to go to the cinema sometime?

I found out this boy liked me when he started texting me out of the blue, we didn't stop texting each other until 1 in the morning, when he saw me in the hallways he would always check me out and look at me, when he is in a group of people and so am I he try's to look over his friends head just to see me, and he flirts constantly. Unfortunately I don't like him back, but if you like this guy, try to send him these signals and see what happens.

You cant always know that he likes you so that makes things difficult but go for it because after you guys have started to hang out there is a chance he will see how great he is. The bag touching your arm was propably an accident. I do exactly the same thing that you are doing with this-over analyse it only I'm too scared to ask him out. It is scary but you have to try it and I have a good reason too.
