What do you do when you want a divorce and the other person doesn't and he still wants to try and how do you know when enough is enough?

Oh, come on. You've married this person, promised to love him forever through health and sickness, and you took... how many years from his life? You owe it to him to try and repair the relationship. I do not know of your personal problems in this marriage, but as long as there is some sort of love connection between you two, not all is lost. You should listen to your husband - if he did something to really upset you, then just hear it out, he could change for the better, and you both could be happier than ever. If not, then by all means, get a divorce. You shouldn't let him stop you, if he's pushed you over the line far too many times.
