well it deppends if you trust him or not, if you don't trust him to stay faithfull then there isn't much point in being in the relationship.Maybe they are just friends i know i have a very close boymate who i go round his house nothing ever happens and his girlfriends fine with it.I can understand why you might be worried just show him that you trust him and hopefully he wont hurt you.If he does he's not worth it.
