Everyone is different, so don't worry. If a guy breaks up with you just for that reason, then he doesn't seem like a guy I would want to date anyway. You know whether you're mature or not, and you know you better than anyone else, so don't listen to him. Just brush it off your shoulder, and try to move on. Show him what you're made of, and that he made a mistake breaking up with you :)
