Diagnose the problem and fix it. Get a Chilton or Haynes manual and see if the Troubleshooting section offers you any help. If you get stalled out, then the services of a professional might be in order.

the anti theft device disables the car from starting. you should be able to pull a fuse on it, or by pass it, but until you do the car should not start.

I had the same problem, I thought it was the timing belt but it turns out it was only a disconnected controll modual, so make shure its plugged in.
