of course not. cats do not communicate with each other by vocalzing. they use body language. they only meow when they are in pain or to humans. except Siamese cats.

Cats absolutely communicate with each other by vocalizing. Ever heard a female cat in heat she is howling for a male cat to come and do the "dirty deed" with her. Lots of cats meow for no reason you cannot just assume only Siamese cats do I have a himilayan and he meows at the wall.
