It is a great phoneAnswerYes I love it but it can be very delicate :( DON'T DROP IT! I dropped it on the grass once and the screen went blank. I've had about 3 because they keep breaking. It is a wonderful phone though when it comes to everything else.I dropped mine like 5 billion times and it still works. In the car, it would slide of my lap and fall it it would work perfectly. ITS THE BEST DANG PHONE IN THE WORLD!!!!

Reboot into safe mode (By pressing the F8 key when you start your computer) and see if you get the windows screen. If it is black in safe mode then means your windows is corrupted. If you can see the screen that means windows is ok. Run msconfig under safe mode then reboot and see if everything works.
