Leave it alone till nightfall then if it is still there and alive you can bring it to it's nest but try not to touch it that might cause the mother to neglect the baby. if you have already touched the baby bunny then try to keep it warm you can put it into a box with mulch or wood chips or even dirt then take a night light and a pint sized gar then put a long sock over it and plug it in.
