If you mix light blue and light grey you will get a darker, duller version of the blue. Of course this depends on how much of each color you mix together. For example, if you mix equal parts of both colors you will more than likely get a muddy, grayish, non-color; but if you mix just a dab of grey into the blue, you could come up with a soft blue.
Blue is a primary color so you can't mix anything to make blue.
Both blue and yellow are primary colors. When mixed, they produce secondary color, green; shade depends on how much blue/yellow.
Blue is one of the three primary colors. It is not possible to mix other colors to achieve a primary color. There is no combination in which you can mix grey, pink, green and brown to get a dark blue.

Mixing opposite colors, like blue and orange, will create a colorful "black" which you can add white to create a grey color that will have a blue tint. Different mediums create slightly different colors. Some mediums like watercolor have a pigment called Payne's Grey, mix in an equal amount of any blue pigment and add water to lighten the color. If you use other mediums, like acrylic, you can mix black with white and add a blue pigment (it takes a lot of white to create a medium grey color). Or use the first method to create your own "black" and add white.
