Mixing opposite colors, like blue and orange, will create a colorful "black" which you can add white to create a grey color that will have a blue tint. Different mediums create slightly different colors. Some mediums like watercolor have a pigment called Payne's Grey, mix in an equal amount of any blue pigment and add water to lighten the color. If you use other mediums, like acrylic, you can mix black with white and add a blue pigment (it takes a lot of white to create a medium grey color). Or use the first method to create your own "black" and add white.
I think it would be blue. Adding some blue to your grey would give u a lighter, less vibrant blue, though.

If you mix light blue and light grey you will get a darker, duller version of the blue. Of course this depends on how much of each color you mix together. For example, if you mix equal parts of both colors you will more than likely get a muddy, grayish, non-color; but if you mix just a dab of grey into the blue, you could come up with a soft blue.
If you mix equal amounts of the lighter versions of all the primary colours together (such as pink, light yellow and light blue), you would get grey, the lighter version of black.
you mix blue, white, and black
If you want to make a grey.... mix ultrimarine blue (70%) and perssian blue (30%).. this gives you a balanced blue.. then mix this with an equal amount of burnt umber. you will then get a black colour.. if it seems brown.. add more blue.. if it seems blue.. ad more brown... then add tints of white to get a dark grey to a light grey.
