As far as I know, the roles of customer care are assisting the customer to resolve the problem on products and services within a phone call conversation. They are also answering the customer inquiries about products and services.
Well I am afraid I don't know what "customer care" is but I am guessing it mean's that people that work at a perticular store that they will take care of you e.g, get you more clothes, get you refreshments, but "customer services" means that if you buy like a top for your family/ friend a nice piece of clothing and they either don't like it or they don't fit into it then "customer services" means that you can return that item.
