Jargon is a type of speaking with a group of words known and often used just by groups of people basically having the same job or something else in common, thus it´s limited, repetitious, and possibly unknown by other folks. This said, jargon is a kind of slang, but not very spread out. As for the word 'ok', nowadays it should not be taken as a slang (nor jargon, sure - as at least it´s not limited to small groups of folks), as it´srather a "shortening" (an abbreviation) of the sounds of initial letters of the wording "ALL CORRECT" (aw + c > o + k), and it´s really used and accepted by too many people in the world; it´s almost like an international symbol or an icon for meaning GOOD (to any thing, any situation etc.).
