You will need to take English all through High School with a mark no less then 80% to get into College. Then you will have to apply to a College that has an Interpreter program. There are not many schools that have this. Then you will do a 1 year Pre-Interpreter and a 3 year Interpreter program. It is tough, I know from experience.
