In order to survive anywhere, you need knowlege and self-control. The more you know about survival (which plants and animals are poisonous, what is safe to eat, where should you go to find shelter, what dangers are specific to each area of the earth, etc), then the better able you will be to survive. Also, if you are in control of your emotions, you will be less likely to panic. People who panic are usually the ones who die when stranded in the wild. You should have a good knife any time you travel, and some means of making a fire. Other than that, it depends on the area. For example, when traveling in the desert, you should keep several gallons of water in your car at all times just in case the car breaks down and you have to wait for help. In cold areas, you should always keep a blanket and shovel in the car so that you can keep warm and dig your way out of the snow. There are two good television programs that can give you information: Survivorman (Les Stroud survives for seven days completely alone in a new area each shoe) and Man vs. Wild (Bear Grylls and a camera crew travel about showing people how to survive in the wild). A domestic rabbit may be able to survive in the wild for a short period of time. But generally no they cannot survive the wild. They do not have the instincts needed. They do not know how to escape predators or survive winters. A domestic rabbit would not last too long in the wild.
