Many times, your arms and legs hurt due to the lack of lactic acid in your muscles. You can try to drink water and it with go away but if the lack of lactic acid isn't the case, then muscle fatigue might be. You can try to stretch it out and relax it but if it still hurts after that..... You can take some Advil of Motrin.

∙ 16y agoIf you can still move the leg, keep the leg up, use ice on the painful part, and take naprosyn or something similar every few hours. That will help the pain and inflammation. Depending on the amount of swelling, pain and bruising you may not want to wait to check in with the doctor to make sure that it is only a minor sprain.
