Ask her out! But in a really sweet way. Like if your asking her out to a dance, bring chocolates. It might sound cheesy but its really sweet because it shows her you think about her and care. If a guy that i even 60 percent liked did that id go crazy for him because that's so sweet and really thoughtful. But that's just me. Every girl is different. It really depends on her and how your relationship is with her. If your relationship isn't really like that and she only 50% likes you then she could feel uncomfortable and the situation would be really awkward. In that case it would be better if you asked a friend to ask her out. But that doesn't show much thought. If that guy that i liked 60% or 50% percent asked a friend to ask me out for him id make up an excuse and say no.
Your probably like :/ but girls are complex. Follow your heart. It wont always workout but at least you tried. You wont get anywhere unless you take a chance.
