Is it harder to quit using tobacco while on the drugs Depakote and lithium?

It's not easy to quit tobacco under any circumstances. Some people claim it's more addictive than heroin.Lithium is normally used for bipolar disorder, so I presume the Depakote is used as a mood stabilizer. You doctor may add Bupropion if he knows you are trying to stop smoking.Bupropion is sold as Zyban as a smoking cessation drug and as Wellbutrin as a antidepressant, so it'd serve double duty for you. However, Bupropion can cause seizures in patients inclined to epilepsy. If you are taking Depakote for epilepsy, don't even think of taking it.

Can Prozac and depakote be taken together?

I don't recommend it, I did so, and experienced self-induced seizures. You can take Depakote with Tramadol as long as you don't exceed more than 3 a day. I am on both meds and the pharamists told me that and I have lived by it, and I have not had seizures but then again I am taking Depakote for BiPolar Disorder not epilepsy.

By increasing the amount of a certain brain chemical, the drug can stop or slow down abnormal brain signals that lead to seizures. Depakote is available by prescription and comes in the form of tablets and sprinkle capsules. Source: MedTV

yes you can take depakote while driving. I take depakote for seizures, however if you are diagnosed with epilepsy it is a good idea to not drive for 60 days so the medicine has time do control your condition.
