Yes, at this temperature the structure the atoms of water are orgainzed in changes, and the state of the substance changes.
Segregation was local and varied in level of enforcing in the South. Whereas apertheid was nationally institutionalized racial hate in south Africa. In other words, the whole government of south Africa during Apertheid was racist towards non whites. In America there were whites who fought against segregation with blacks. Going further back into history, the underground railroad in America was largely orgainzed by whites freeing black slaves. Apartheid had no limit due to it being totally legal.

Because he was never caught it's hard to tell how he prepared. Jack The Ripper has characteristics of organized and unorganized killers. He brought his own weapon (organized) but his victims seemed to have been chosen at random or with little planning (unorganized). This is common among serial criminals. They can be both organized and unorganized. For law enforcement the orgainzed is the hardest to catch. They plan every detail and leave little evidence.
In an adult organism most cells are specialized (only stem cells aren't). The types of specialized cells include blood cells, muscle cells, nerve cells, skin cells, liver cells, etc. Cells are orgainzed into organs, which collectively form bodies.
There was no orgainzed baseball in 1854, about the time the game was invented. The earliest records of baseball as we know it, began in 1876, but the rules were vastly different. In 1876 there was only one league, the National League, with the Chicago (Cubs) winning the championship by six games over St. Louis and Hartford. Top players in that year were Cap Anson, Ross Barnes and George Hall who lead the league in Home Runs with five. Top pitchers were Tommy Bond, who won 32 games, and Al Spaulding, who won 47 games, and later starting a sporting goods business that included the Spaulding baseball, gloves, and, later golf balls and equipment.
The 'strain theory' as it applies to Gary L. Ridgeway, aka Green River Killer, begins in his childhood. Ridgeway had a very interesting relationship with his domineering mother. Borderline incestuous, Ridgeway later told how her provocative way of dressing, bathing young Gary when in his teens, and an absent father left Ridgeway sexually attracted to his mother. She was also overbearing and would quite frequently humiliate him especially about his bed wetting. Although the Ridgeways seemed, at least superfically, like an average family, Gary struggled throughout his childhood and teen years. As an adult he had failed marriages (2), failed service record, and in general had trouble relating to other people. As is common with serial killers, many are not at ease with the rest of the human population.
Despite the ride's popularity and many protests, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride closed on September 7, 1998 and was subsequently replaced with The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Many have disputed the reason for Toad's departure, but some including Save Mr. Toad's Wild Ride believe that money was the deciding factor. Protestor and fans of the ride orgainzed mass ridings and wrote letters to Disney in attemp to show the popularity of the ride. And while minor tributes to the ride can be found in Disney World, including paintings of Mr. Toad and Moley within The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and a statue of Toad in a pet cemetery outside of Haunted Mansion, traces of "The Wind in the Willows" characters within Walt Disney World are minimal. Efforts have already been made to reconstruct the ride, including a 3D virtual recreation.
The era of exploration and expansion was driven by many factors which included religion. The Europeans tried to bring Christianity as the universal faith. The pope also played an important role in this.
