Can't tell from the dots and dashes. Where are the dividing points? Dot dot is an I Dash Dash is an M Dot dot dot dot is an H Dash dash dash dash isn't used in the US, but chould be CH Depending on where things break, it could be a lot of different words!

This is random gibberish with no meaning. You need to add dividers, which are portrayed by forward slashes.

For example, to say "hello this is Morse" you write it as .... . .-.. .-.. --- / - .... .. ... / .. ... / -- --- .-. ... .

This is the most famous Morse signal. Dot dot dot (...) is the letter S.

Dash dash dash (---) is the letter O.

Therefore your code is SOS.

SOS came into existence because it is the fastest and easiest combination

of letters that can be signalled in code when under panic or distress, hence why SOS became the international distress signal.
