The fuse for the cigarette lighter on a Ford Fiesta is located in the main fuse panel under the dash. It is positioned beside the hood release and is labelled for easy identification.
Im not sure about yellow but the green means your indicating.
Is it the mark 6? If so, there is a big circle button on the right hand side of the dash
It will be on the drivers door jamb or on the drivers side dash and can be seen from looking down in the dash thru the windshield from the outside of the vehicle. It will also be on your registration and title.
Look on the fuse block at your left foot under the dash.
It would be with the VIN number under the bonnet, on the dash on the left side, or inside the door of the drivers or passenger side.
Pull your radio from the dash and write down the serial number it should start with an M followed by 6 digits.
It runs from the clocks in the dash all the way to the gearbox where it screws into the box at the rear just above the diff housing.
To bottom right of steering column small holder under dash, the back is removable and fuses in there if I remember correctly :D
There is a release under the dash, and if my memory is correct a second release on near the windshield. The hood opens toward the front of the car, the hinges are near the headlights.
Fuse box is under dash on driver side.
