That dog breed is called an Australian Cattle Dog. or it could be an Australian kelpie(i have 1) The Australian Cattle Dog was derived from crossing breeds including the Dingo, Kelpie, Bull Terrier, and Dalmatian. This breed is also known as the "Heeler" because the dogs would crouch behind the cattle and nip at their heels to herd them.
nothing it just comes like that, no 2 dogs make a rottweiler
I'm afraid it is just a Rottweiler, Shepherd mix. You could give it a fancy name if you like. For example if someone crosses an Akita with a Rottweiler, they call it a Rokita, but it will always be a mix what ever you call it. Be sure you don't pay over the odds for a designer dog, they are just mixed breeds with a fancy price tag.
