He is the disrespected family in the book. He lives off the town's money, and with the money he buys alcohol. He lives by a garbage dump and doesn't work. He lets his children go to school on the first day, and makes them do other things throughout the year. He probably looks beat down, worn out. He is an alcoholic so he probably looks tired. He is an older man, and can't afford much. So his clothes might be torn and stuff.. I don't really know what he looks like exactly, but i hope this helps :)
