In Act 4, Capulet promises Paris that he can marry Juliet without consulting her first. He then demands that she live up to his promise. This is surprising because in Act 1 he refused Paris's request to marry her on the grounds that she was too young and should wait a few years.

What is strange about how Romeo finds out about the Capulet party?

I don't know if you find it strange that the servant sent to deliver the invitations was in fact illiterate and so could not read the guest list. You'd think that Capulet would make sure the servant could read before giving him the job, or that the servant would demand this information from Capulet before leaving the house. But no, he goes up to the first random person he sees who looks like he might possibly be literate. Who just happens to be Romeo.

How do substitute goods and complementary goods affect demand for another good?

Substitutes and complements is the fact that a change in price of one of the goods has an impact on the demand for the other good. For substitutes, an increase in the price of one of the goods will increase demand for the substitute good. (It's probably not surprising that an increase in the price of Coke would increase the demand for Pepsi as some consumers switch over from Coke to Pepsi.) It's also the case that a decrease in the price of one of the goods will decrease demand for the substitute good.

After waste water has been treated. is the BOD decrease or increase?

After wastewater has been treated, the Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) typically decreases. This reduction occurs because treatment processes remove organic matter and pollutants that microorganisms would otherwise break down, thus lowering the oxygen demand in the water. A lower BOD indicates that the treated water is less likely to deplete oxygen in receiving water bodies, making it safer for aquatic life.
