O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 2 sensor 1).
This is the O2 sensor located in the header pipe directly after the exhaust manifold on the passenger side of the 4.3L engine. If the wiring to that sensor looks okay, more than likely that sensor needs to be replaced.
