It depends on what Spartan you are talking about, even though Master Chief is the last one, the ONI (look it up on Halopedia.com) might create more. Master Chief is the character you control in the Halo game series, and is somewhere in an unknown region of space, with nowhere back home. So unless Master Chief finds a way back he probably wont be in Halo 4, and we don't know if there ever is going to be a Halo 4 game anyway. But maybe we'll just have to find out when Halo 4 comes out.
