Christian believe Jesus is much more then just a prophet, Jesus is the Word of God made flesh who died on the cross for our sins otherwise we would all be owned by the Devil because of our sin.

Islam do not do communion since they only believe in one God. The focus of communion in the Christian religion is remembrance of Jesus which is not applicable in Islam.
