Jesus didn't have to say anything about "eating swine" in the New Testament [assuming that Jesus isn't recognized for who He Truly is], because He already said it in the Old. Most people fail to understand that Jesus Christ was "the WORD in the beginning" - the Almighty Creator God of the Old Testament, whom John tells us:

"All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made." (John 1:3 KJV)

And: "He was in the world, and THE WORLD WAS MADE BY HIM, and the world knew Him not." (verse 10)

Jesus Christ, the WORD of God, caused the laws of "clean and unclean" meat [animals that are fit for human consumption] to be recorded for us, today, in Leviticus 11.

"Whatsoever parteth the hoof, and is clovenfooted, and cheweth the cud, among the beasts, THAT YE SHALL EAT." (Lev.11:3)

"And the swine, though he divideth the hoof, and be clovenfooted, yet he cheweth not the cud; HE IS UNCLEAN TO YOU." (verse 7)

Naturally rebellious mankind, to this day, seems to see this as some sort of pointless "religious ritual" instead of "sound, healthy dietary regimen" for God's creation, man, created in His image.

And most of mankind, today, also seems to be ignorant of the fact that God laid down this "healthy" law for His creation RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING! All of mankind knew about this law before the flood:

"And the LORD [Jesus Christ, the WORD] said UNTO NOAH... Of every CLEAN BEAST thou shalt take to thee by SEVENS, the male and his female: and of the beasts that ARE NOT CLEAN by two, the male and his female." (Gen.7:1-2)

So, Jesus didn't have to repeat in the New Testament what has been previously written down for His servants in the Scriptures. This dietary information was given to man from the very start of his creation... and when God called His chosen people out of the sin in the world... He caused these and all His other laws [for man's benefit] to be recorded and preserved for us, today:

"This is he [Moses], that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake unto him in the Mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the Lively Oracles[the Scriptures] TO GIVE TO US : to whom our fathers would not obey..." (Acts 7:38-39 KJV)

Jesus didn't have to "repeat" these laws to His own people, to whom He preached, who KNEW them... and who were observing them. The eating of "unclean meat" that is naturally unfit and unhealthy for human consumption didn't become an issue until the "Gentile" nations had the door of God's Grace opened to them.

Mankind had become wholly pagan and rebellious to God's laws way back in Noah's day: "And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually." (Gen.6:5 KJV)

Heathenish people were eating anything and everything, THEN... just as they do today. And as Jesus tells us:

"But as the days of Noe were, so shall the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood THEY WERE EATING and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage [who might have been marrying who; or WHAT, in Noah's day?], until the day that Noe entered into the ark." (Matt.24:37-38 KJV)

Jesus knew... and He knows... what rebellious man is eating... and has been eating for millennia [and there's a lot more than swine involved, here]. But, so, too, do God's servants know what "beasts" of God's creation are "fit to eat" for a healthy body... because the Scriptures have been Divinely revealed it to them. It's not a matter of "CAN" you eat swine with God; it's a matter of "WILL" you obey Him, or not. Just like it has always been with the Scriptures. God doesn't give mankind the option of deciding for himself what's right and wrong [good and evil]. That was Satan's idea [see Gen.3:5]. God tells us in no uncertain terms what's good and what's evil. And man's only option with his Creator is "to obey or disobey."

What's unknown and/or unrecognized by most people to this day, is that the entire Bible is the Words of Jesus Christ, the WORD of God, the LOGOS, the Executor and Spokesman for His Father in heaven:

"I have many things to say and to Judge of you: but He that sent Me is True; and I SPEAK TO THE WORLD THOSE THINGS WHICH I HAVE HEARD OF HIM. They understood not that He spake to them of the Father." (John 8:26-27 KJV)

God doesn't have to speak twice to His servants. He commands and they obey; or they aren't His servants. Therefore, Jesus doesn't repeat in the New Testament a common law that all of His creation once knew... and can know, if they would only read and believe His Word -- recorded and preserved for their benefit.

Some of what Jesus says about "eating swine" in the Old Testament, however, is:

"The LORD says, 'People who never before inquired about Me are now asking about Me. I AM being found by people who were not looking for Me. To them I have said, ''I AM here!'' I opened My arms to My own people all day long, but they have rebelled. They follow their own evil paths and thoughts. All day long they insult Me to My face by worshiping idols in their sacred gardens... At night they go out among the graves and secret places to worship evil spirits. They also EAT PORK and other FORBIDDEN FOODS. Yet they say to each other. ''Don't come too close or you will defile me! I am holier than you!'' They are a stench in My nostrils, an acrid smell that never goes away. Look, My decree is written out in front of Me> I will not stand silent; I will repay them in full! Yes, I will repay them - both for their sins and for their ancestors,' says the LORD..." (Isa.65:1-7 NLT New Living Translation).

And, speaking of His return to earth with His Kingdom, He says:

"See, the LORD is coming with fire[see II Peter 2:7 & Heb.12:29] , and His swift chariots of destruction roar like a whirlwind. He will bring punishment with the fury of His anger and the flaming fire of His hot rebuke. The LORD will PUNISH THE WORLD by fire and by His SWORD [the recorded Words of God, the Bible - see Heb.4:12], and many will be killed by the LORD. Those who 'purify' themselves in a sacred garden, FEASTING ON PORK and rats and other FORBIDDEN MEATS, will come to a terrible end,' says the LORD." (Isa.66:15-17 NLT)
