Well for me to answer this question I'd have to do a Google search on mesopotamia writing. What on earth is that. But as for Saul, it's of Hebrew origin, and basically means prayed for; or asked for. Which is quite ironic considering the first Saul of the Bible was the first king of Israel requested and asked for from GOD.
