i also get what i think may be an allergic reaction from OJ too, everytime i drink it, like the next day my skin is breaking out around my mouth and sometimes my neck, but when i stop for about a wekk or so of no Orange Juice, everythng is normal again
Mine looks like normal skin until you get up close and see that the surface of the skin is rough/slightly bumpy looking. It feels dry to the touch--almost like a fine grit sandpaper. It is impossible to scrub off this layer of skin or use lotion to moisturize it. This rash lasts anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks.

There are such things as autoimmune diseases. One, lupus, is often considered 'being allergic to yourself' because it is basically your body fighting back against itself. You can break out in a rash, which does look like an allergic reaction. There it itching and hair loss associated with the condition and, again, those can come off like allergic reactions. It may not be an actual 'allergy to yourself', but it certainly presents itself in the same way.
It could be a pulled muscle, or if you have any medical conditions then it could be that. Or it could be an allergic reaction to something. I used breath spray that had propolis in it then i saw the 'this product contains propolis which may cause an allergic reaction' label, I looked it up. Turns out it could give you an allergic reaction if you have asthma, bee stings, bee pollen, or if your pregnant. I think you should just look at the ingredients of what your eating if you think its an allergic reaction. You could see a doctor too.
