what do brakes look like when they go bad, how far can rotors go?
I think I have either a bearing or rotor but im not sure if its both or not or which one it might be. my wheel now wahbles to where i cant drive it was knocking when i turned sharply, an you try to help -
A warped brake rotor is a rotor that's no longer flat. When viewed from the front or the rear, it'll no longer look like a straight line, but be a Little bit wavy.
Rotor as in distributor? Shouldn't make any noise-good or bad; engine will miss. Rotor as in front wheel, should be taken to a tire store a measured by caliper. If your hearing noise in your front rotors, not a good idea to keep driving it like that.
remove coil wire from dist. have assistant crank engine over hold coil wire with insulated pliers about .05 inch from engine look for spark while assistant cranks engine. if you have spark . remove a spark plug wire do same spark test if you still have spark rotor is good, if not rotor is bad or another problem inside dist. also you look for corroded or burned spots on rotor or dist. cap
Look at the thing behind your wheel on top of brake rotor with brake pads in it-that's a caliper.
maybe no spark, bad fuses, bad distributor or rotor cap or ignition coil or bad fuel injectors. sounds like a simple problem, hopefully
Bad coil Bad rotor
Sounds like you need some new plugs, wires and cap and rotor. Especially the cap and rotor.
Very bad but not that bad its just like humans would look but, WORST.
pitbuls are not bad because they look like it but they arent
open the hood look on top to the left. The round object that looks like a octopus with 7 tentacles attached to it is the cap and rotor.
Bad coil? Bad rotor? Bad distributor cap? Bad Ballast resistor?
