It is a silver box on the backside of the fuse box under the drivers side dash. You take a couple of pieces, I think , off to get to the fuse box. then there are three long screws holding the fuse box to take out; two on the right and one on the left (or vise versa) .Then three screws holding the body control module (BCM) on; two on the right side and one pointed straight up on the left that you can get to with a long extension. Then, it pulls right down after you unplug the two plugs at bottom by squeezing the front and back clips and pulling down.
It controls the shifts of the transmission.
