DNA in prokaryotic cells is usually circular while DNA in eukaryotes is usually linear. DNA in prokaryotes usually has fewer portions that dont code for something while eukaryotes usually have quite a bit of DNA sections that dont code for anything. The number of actual base pairs (the units that makeup DNA) that makeup eukaryotes is usually quite a bit more than the number in prokaryotic DNA.

Where is the DNA in the prokaryote in the eukaryote?

In a prokaryote cell the DNA is located just within the cell, floating in the cytoplasm, whereas the DNA in eukaryote cells is located inside the nucleus.

A cell.

What can be found in both eukaryote and prokaryote cells?

Ribosomes,cell membrane

How is the DNA in prokaryote different from the DNA from the eukaryote?

DNA in prokaryotes is circular and in the cell itself, while the DNA of eukaryotes is coiled and in the nucleus (organelle) of the cell.

How a eukaryotes stores DNA to how prokaryotes stores DNA?

the DNA of a prokaryote is a long ,circular molecule.the DNA pf a eukaryote ,the nucleus holds the cell's DNA.

Which cell stores its DNA in the cytoplasm?

A prokaryote cell stores its DNA in the cytoplasm. The Eukaryote cell has a well defined nucleus separated by nuclear envelope which protects the DNA from the cytoplasm. Mitochondria and chloroplasts also contain their own DNA, are parts of cytoplasm.A prokaryote cell stores its DNA in the cytoplasm. Is bacterterium a type of eukaryoute?

No. A Eukaryote is a cell with a nucleus, a nucleolus, and a nuclear membrane. As a bactria has none of these, it is not a Eukaryote, but a Prokaryote. A bacterium has DNA, but it is just a cluster floating in the cytoplasm. A way to remember - PRO rhymes with NO - a prokaryote has no nucleus.
