Code 12 is a period It flashes when the codes start and end so you will see code 12 usually three times, then the codes you need to fix then code 12 three time and the codes you need to fix will repeat and so on.

what does rfa 1 mean on a chevy colorado dashboard
This is the 305ci engine. The 8th vin code is the engine code. This engine is rated at 170hp but I think it is understated for the face all of the models online are of "base" models. Also just bacause the car doesn't say "classic" dosent mean that its a "base model.
What could code po300 on chevy 5.7 liter mean
Depends on what you mean by "bubble" Caprice...
Manufacture control codes mean that the code is specific to your car so if you had the same code number or reading on a Chevy Caprice it would mean a completely different thing. I know Autozone can bring up short descriptions of the codes and if they have anyone knowledgeable enough about a ford mustang there they might be able to tell you what the likely problems could be.
Code 41 is for the alternator not charging properly.
