im 99.9% sure its for the oxegen/lambert scensor. mine wouldnt start today but i managed to get it going and i think i need to replace the scensor. the discription of what the a faulty scensor does and what my car is doing match so it must be that.
Fuel fail 39. EGR circuit. Faulty system operation. Is on my 90 xj6 as well- going to take EGR valve off and clean it- see what happens.
This means Idle speed control motor (ISC) or valve
The throttle potentiometer is not functioning properly. Unlike most parts this one is easy to get to, but unless you're a mechanic or know how to use a volt meter I would take it in for this problem.
the fuel pump is in the gas tank. located on the top of the tank. The relay in my 92 is under the hood, drivers side, right in front of the firewall, about 2 feet from the fender.
