∙ 15y agoWhen someone reports the abuse of any animals investigators from the ASPCA or Animal Shelters will go to the property of the owner of the animal and talk to them and basically tell them to clean up their act or the animal(s) will be taken away (if in poor shape.)? If the person that is abusive to the animal(s) does not comply then investigators will get a court order and have the animal(s) removed.
