If you mean to allow them both to come into close contact with each other - then NO ! The dog will view the snake as something to chew on - and the snake will be stressed by the presence of an animal too big for it to defend itself against.

I assume you mean you're watching your pet snake eat. To be honest - you should leave it in peace and privacy to deal with its meal. If you disturb it, or it feels stressed by your presence - there is a chance it will regurgitate the meal. Think how intimidated you would feel if you were being stared at while you ate your lunch!
