Either there is a lean condition caused by low fuel pressure (fuel pump) plugged injector, vacuum leak, faulty or dirty air flow meter. Could also be a faulty o2 sensor where it is not reading the exhaust gases correctly. First check all vacuum lines for leaks (whistling sound) cracks tight fit etc. The parts for this car are expensive so just hanging parts will be expensive. It might be cheaper to take it to an emission cert. shop and have them diagnose it for you. Try cleaning the air flow sensor with crc mass air flow sensor cleaner. follow directions on can.
