I havent been able to find a "real" answer to this question. However i have been waiting to get a beta fish tatoo my self because to me it resembles strength and beauty. The fish is known for its beauty, and just by looking at it, you would never realize how strong it is naturally, unless you have previously heard about what they do to eachother, or made the mistake of buying two for one tank.
