"Dhuibh" is Irish Gaelic for "black." It is typically used to describe the color black or something that is dark in color.
Its Gaelic for Bon Voyage!

FYI: there is no single language called 'Celtic': it is a family of languages like 'Slavic'.Irish Gaelic: Breithlá sona duit. / Lá breithe shona duit.Scottish Gaelic: Là breith sona dhuit (or dhuibh if formal).Manx: Laa-ruggyree sonney dhyt.Welsh: Pen-blwydd hapus.Breton: Deiz ha bloaz laouen/ Kalz a vloavezhioù all.Cornish: Penn-bloedh Lowen
In Scottish Gaelic it would be Toilichte là a'naomh Anndra agad! The above is incorrect, it should be:Latha Naomh Anndra math dhuibh! The difference is that the first one is wrong. "toilichte" means more "pleased" than anything, and even if for some reason St. Andrew's Day was pleased, the adjectives go after the noun in Gaelic (most of the time).
You pronounce it approximately like this: koh lou-ah bray soh-nah ychgoo-eev The L is very thick. Roll the R in "breith". The "ychg" is a blended sound. It's basically an angry cat noise "ch" (think like in German) but starts with a Y sound (as in English "yes"), and an obscure G sound on the end, blending into the "oo" sound. Hope I've explained that all right...Gaelic pronunciation is pretty hard to explain in terms of English pronunciation. It translates literally as "Who day birth happy to them?" :)
