what are the risks of ct scan during first trimester of pregnancy
I am not 100% sure what you mean by scan, but in my situation a pos test (both at home and the hospital) and nothing showing on the internal ultrasound confirmed an early miscarriage.
It means 12 weeks 0 days
It means that your placenta is in the front of your uterus. This is not an issue in early pregnancy as the placenta usually moves as pregnancy progresses. If it is still anterior near end of pregnancy it can make you have to have a C-section. Also, it will be harder to feel the baby's kicks and movement as an anterior placenta cushions the baby from the tummy.
As soon as you see the second head coming out.. Or when you have a scan or when you go to the doctor & they tell you what you having #bow
It is possible that the pregnancy is not stable (sorry to be the bearer of potentially bad news). This is not for sure and you should have another scan about a week after the first. Your HCG levels need to be stable to support the pregnancy. Your body may be still trying to decide whether it is truly pregnant or not! The fact that there was no heartbeat could just mean that it is a little early. Try to relax and have another scan before you start to worry.

If you're worried about it, see another doctor. You could have a "chemical" pregnancy, which tells your body that the baby's still there when it's not.
Generally, the test for pregnancy involves a laboratory test in which a particular hormone known as "Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin" (HCG) is identified in the urine of the pregnant woman. It is produced in early pregnancy by the developing embryo and later by the placenta. Other things to do also involve palpation by qualified medical or nursing personnel to identify foetal parts. Abdominal scan can also be done when there is doubt, especially in early pregnancy.
