Draw Opaque - It is a fairly useless feature, but the main puropose of this function is to cover things up when drawing.
Pronounced "D-r-aw O-pake". The word Opaque means You cannot see through the object.
This Feature can be enabled in MicroSoft Paint By clicking on Image>Draw Opaque. When enabled, it will notify you by having a check mark next to it in the Image menue. It can easily be disabled by doing the same as the Enable steps.
