I believe that each radio has its own code, you will have to get it from a dealer.
You have attempted to enter the radio code too many times and the radio has locked up. To unlock it and then insert the correct security code just leave the radio on for 1 hour. The E will dissapear and it will show CODE. Enter the correct code to unlock the radio. If you do not know the code look in the glove box and under the coin tray. If it is not there then go to the Honda Owners website and register your Honda. There you can ge the code for free.
It is in the manual book ..you will find a card in the size of a business card where there is the Radio code for your car...I have a Mercedes E430 year 1998

A radio code is a code to activate your radio.
The international radio code is a list of words to make spelling clearer over media waves when communication can be misunderstood. The international radio word for the letter E is echo.

Turn the radio off and then while holding down numbers 1 and 6 turn the radio back on. This will display the 10 digit radio serial number 5 digits at a time. Each 5 digit code will flash 3 times alternately. If you do not have your radio code you will want to write these numbers down so that you can contact the dealer and obtain your radio code. After the radio serial code has cycled your radio should now read CODE prompting you for the radio code. Once you enter the 5 digit code the radio should work. Of course your presets have been wiped out so you'll need to reset those.
In the context of wire code on a radio, "ACC" typically stands for "Accessory." This wire is used to connect the radio to the vehicle's accessory power, allowing the radio to turn on and off with the ignition switch. When the ignition is in the "ACC" position, power is supplied to the radio, enabling it to operate without the engine running.
switch radio on and use presets 1 to 6 that correspond to the code
