You have attempted to enter the radio code too many times and the radio has locked up. To unlock it and then insert the correct security code just leave the radio on for 1 hour. The E will dissapear and it will show CODE. Enter the correct code to unlock the radio. If you do not know the code look in the glove box and under the coin tray. If it is not there then go to the Honda Owners website and register your Honda. There you can ge the code for free.
