PO420 code indicates Cat converter problem. Could be restricted by carbon or melted or have a fractured brick. Run it by your favorite undercar/exhaust shop and have it checked, many shops will diagnose and estimate for free. If there is a bad cat that's not been impacted and fractured, you must have whatever caused the problem repaired before replacing the cat or you will damage the new one and be doing it again... warranty won't cover it and they're not cheap.
