It means that the coilspring has snapped or broken so it is in more than one peice. It usually happens at the top or bottom where it is seated, a replacement will be needed.
I think it means that it comes with a new coil spring, new rubbers, new top bracket and anything else needed.
"Primavera' is Spanish, Italian or Portuguese for "spring".
A point where water issues from the ground, eg. a spring.
"Issues" refers to where a spring or stream issues from the ground
each electrode sticking up out of the top of the distributer cap that you attach the plug and coil wires to, is called a tower. So a distributer cap will have more than one tower. If it has a center one, that will be the coil wire tower, and the ones surrounding it in a circle will be the plug wire towers.
I'm not totally sure what your talking about, but I think you may mean the upper coil spring mount aka the coil bucket.
When the coil spring is completely compressed and the coils are touching

Water dripping on the front of a portable air conditioner could mean that the air filter needs to be changed. Your evaporator coil may also be dirty.
If you mean inadequate, it can mean defective, imperfect, incompetent or incomplete.
Not necessarily. It means that is the component being effected. It may mean the coil is bad. The coil should be tested. Not necessarily. It means that is the component being effected. It may mean the coil is bad. The coil should be tested.
It has incomplete octet (incomplete valence shell) after bond formation.
If by incomplete you mean haploid, then yes.
Not sure which spring you mean, or what you mean by "case"? If you mean the receiver, then you might be referring to the cartridge cutoff spring, or the lever spring? The lever spring is held by a screw just in front of the lever pivot screw, and keeps pressure on the lever, so it wont droop. The cartridge cutoff spring installs in the top of the receiver, with a screw through the top that holds it just behind the chamber. These are my best guesses, since i don't have good info.
